Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy on our products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return for items that are not as described or defective.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled (if applicable), with all original contents, packaging, and tags intact.
You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that used or damaged items not due to a manufacturing defect will not be eligible for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Right to Cancel Orders

All orders, whether initial or additional, are subject to acceptance and confirmation by AssureOne, LLC.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
