Shipping policy
At AssureOne, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you promptly and securely. All orders placed through our website are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification. Orders are subject to ID verification to protect our customers against fraudulent transactions.
Payment by Credit Card
Orders paid via credit card will be shipped only after the payment has been verified and approved by the card-issuing bank.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are generally shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship on the second business day.

All orders must be shipped to the billing address registered with your credit card company.

If you wish to ship to an alternate address, please contact your credit card company to add it as an “alternate shipping address” before placing the order.

Estimated Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability. Estimated delivery dates are calculated based on orders received and confirmed by 2:00 PM (local time), Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will generally ship on the following Tuesday.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, AssureOne cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Method
All domestic orders are shipped via trusted courier partners and are fully insured until delivery. We currently offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Payment by Wire Transfer
Orders paid via wire transfer will be processed and shipped once payment confirmation is received from our bank.
Please note that we only accept wire transfers — ACH or other electronic transfers are not accepted.
The cutoff time to receive confirmation for same-day processing is 5:00 PM (local time).
First-Come, First-Serve Policy
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Since our products may also be available through other platforms, availability cannot always be guaranteed at the time of purchase.
In the rare event that an item is sold out, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
If your item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund or offer an alternative.

International Orders
We offer international shipping for an additional fee.
Please note that only wire transfer payments are accepted for international orders. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary based on destination and carrier availability.

A complete street address is required for all deliveries. Courier services cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
